25 Days of Christmas DevotionalsI have a certain daughter who randomly comes up to me and gives me hugs. She has always been this way ever since she was little. She is in college now so after all these years, it is such a blessing to have this kind of comfort. Sometimes we just need someone to hug us for absolutely no reason.

If you do not have someone to hug you today, I want to send a spiritual hug out to you with these words of comfort.

Yes, you matter. Yes, your life is important. Yes, your soul is important. You are important.

Heavenly Father, please send a hug to this person who is reading. They may really need it.

[3] Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort; [4] Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God. ~2 Corinthians 1:3-4 KJV
