Homosexual Molestation

Now let’s take molestation for instance; look at what Jesus says about those who have sinned against a child who believes in Him,

And whosoever shall offend one of these little ones that believe in Me, it is better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he were cast into the sea. ~Mark 9:42 KJV

Molestation is a terrible sin against children and coupled with homosexuality or sodomy, it causes great harm and confusion. Furthermore, it would be the same if a child was exposed to same sex pornography or nude images. Anyone who grew up in a household or neighborhood where they were exposed to these things, knows that these sins can sear the conscious and then anything can happen when the devil gets a grip on them. Just think about the way of the world now and the prolific access to media.  Therefore, children who have been molested by a same gender person will most likely develop what is known as “homosexual tendencies.”  This is because they have been influenced by those acts of confusion.  However, understand that it is the “forgetting of God’s Word” as explained above, which causes God to give them up and over to their sin.  The homosexual molester has a horrendous payment awaiting them for turning out a child’s mind.

I would also venture to say that parents who allow and encourage their son to put on dresses simply because a child has the idea one day, is also a sin that turns their heart from God because they become effeminate.  This is why any mother should be very careful about dressing or applying makeup in front of her toddler or grade school son, or being complimentary to his sister about her beauty and clothes, because children are like sponges and they will soak it up due to desiring attention.  These types train their children in the way they would go, rather than the way they should go.

The Apostle Rebukes Hypocrites

Returning to the previous scriptures in Romans that I referred to earlier, the Apostle Paul explains the main problem of why a person is given a rebellious mind. It is because they did not like to retain God in their knowledge. Therefore, a person who knows this great temptation about himself or herself, knows that it is a bad secret.  In fact, all of us have done things in secret at some point in our lives because we knew it was wrong and tried to hide it from being exposed. Yet, somehow for them, they fast-forwarded to the very acts of heinous abominations.  They accepted it, knew it was evil, and so this is where the phrase “in the closet” or “coming out” came from.  The problem is, when one decides to continue in their dark secret, they do not retain God in their knowledge, which will ultimately bring them to embrace their sin as “unsinful.”  Then, there is nothing God can do for them without repentance because they joined themselves, even if by spiritual ignorance, to the enemy, which is the devil. The scripture below reveals to us that having a rebellious mind causes a downfall of sins because the sin door has been opened and it is flooding through. This is the depravity of sin. It is evil. Paul continues to tell us that people (Paul is speaking to the hypocrite in Romans chapter 2) that know the destruction of this type of sinner, yet also do the same things that they do, — have no right to judge them because they are hypocritical. [28] And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; [29] Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, [30] Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, [31] Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful: [32] Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them. ~Romans 1:28-32 KJV

Take note that being given over to this reprobate mind began by not believing God, so they were surely also given over to uncleanness through the lusts of their bodies, which opens the door to vile affections as stated in the previous Romans 1:21-27 KJV.2Added this short paragraph on 7/19/2016

This is what people are trying to get the churches to believe now by having us accept that homosexuals were “born that way” so we are supposed to invite them, accepting them as people who are different.  Now if Christians start believing that the gay community isn’t sinning, this would cause churches to not retain God in their mind because they willingly opened the door to the devil’s lies. Now isn’t that a slick way to cause Christians to fall? Even the world is starting to believe that the gay community is no longer shameful, sinful, nor homosexuality a choice because of the deceptive, demonic captivity upon the souls of the gay voice that has convinced certain leaders of its lies.  This is what is called a high place.

So, the end of it all is to retain the knowledge of God in your mind rather than a lie and the point that the apostle Paul ultimately makes is “Hey hypocrite, don’t bother making a judgment call against them if you do the same things they do by partaking in unclean lusts.”3Updated 11/12/2016

Not A Separate Race in the Church, Not Born That Way

How can the gay community, or anyone thinking their sin is inherent, believe in the power of Jesus Christ if they are simply going through the motions until He returns because they believe that there isn’t true deliverance for a homosexual because they are believing or have decided that they are “born that way” as a separate “race” of people? Let us not confuse this with the eunuch. A eunuch, or hermaphrodite, is born with a gender defect or no identifiable gender. Their situation is different.

The answer is simple, a person who commits homosexuality, is sinning, but we do not judge the sinner because they have not repented and turned to Christ.  This is why we must learn to be effective sharing the gospel.4Updated 11/12/2016

Escaping That Lifestyle

Now, how would a youth, or any one, who has been exposed to these demonic things, escape the grip of the enemy when they know it is wrong, but find it hard to resist?

First, they have to greatly fear God. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom and the beginning of all knowledge. If a person does not fear God, they will continue in their sin. The story of Moses shows us this because many of the Israelites continued to sin even after they saw the fearful works of the Lord.

The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom: a good understanding have all they that do his commandments : His praise endureth for ever. ~Psalm 111:10 KJV

The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction.~Proverbs 1:7 KJV

The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding.~ Proverbs 9:10 KJV

The fear of the Lord is the instruction of wisdom; and before honour is humility. ~Proverbs 15:33 KJV

And unto man he said, “Behold, the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom; and to depart from evil is understanding.” ~Job 28:28 KJV

Next, they must repent. This means they must change their mind and reject it wholeheartedly and turn wholeheartedly back to God in Christ Jesus.  Christ showed His love through sacrifice, power, and warning.  The power of Christ rested on Him because He denied Himself and gave of Himself.  This drew the sinner to Him.

I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance. ~Luke 5:32 KJV

And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel. ~Mark 1:15 KJV

I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish. ~Luke 13:5 KJV

They must also be born of water and of the Spirit. This comes through the action of getting baptized and consistently pursuing Jesus; Jesus is the Word that they apply to their lives with fear.  If they have truly repented, this will come naturally because God changes the person from the inside out.

Jesus answered, “Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.” ~John 3:5 KJV

Seek ye the Lord, all ye meek of the earth, which have wrought His judgment; seek righteousness, seek meekness: it may be ye shall be hid in the day of the Lord’s anger.
Isaiah 55:6 KJV

Then Peter said unto them, “Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.” ~Acts 2:38 KJV

Seek ye the Lord while He may be found, call ye upon Him while He is near: ~Zephaniah 2:3 KJV

Finally, they must walk in the commandments of God.  This means that they should be in Christ.  We do not change them, but we are a support system for one another. People who struggle with that demonic stronghold will need our support. However, supporting a new Christian who struggles with homosexuality is different from supporting a Christian homosexual who believes they are born that way and is trying to get the church to believe that and also get the church to help them to abstain from their lifestyle. They will not change if they still believe the “born this way” lie.

If ye love Me, keep My commandments. ~John 14:15 KJV

He that hath My commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth Me: and he that loveth Me shall be loved of My Father, and I will love him, and will manifest Myself to him. ~John 14:21 KJV

And hereby we do know that we know Him, if we keep His commandments. ~1 John 2:3 KJV

These are the instructions that God has given us. This is why He tells us to abide in His Word always and to teach our children His commandments all day long and know the scriptural facts.

Homosexuality and the Church

Now, although we know that homosexuality is a sin, as I said before, this doesn’t mean that we reject them because we want to show them the love and gospel of God. However, this also does not mean that they can come to the church and remain a homosexual while we wait for them to repent.  They must have first confessed their sin and steps should be taken to help them.  However, once they reject the gospel and the truth about their sin, it is time to move on and cast them out, as with any sinner. We see this in 1 Corinthians when Paul explains that a son who slept with his father’s wife should be cast out. In the same way, we cast out those who are not taking God seriously because they are bringing old leaven that leavens the whole lump. This demonstrates the fear and sobriety of God.  To be a Christian is to be “in Christ.”

And He said unto them, “Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.” ~Mark 16:15 KJV

How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher? ~Romans 10:14 KJV

Purge out therefore the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, as ye are unleavened.  For even Christ our passover is sacrificed for us: ~1 Corinthians 5:7 KJV

Prepare Your Children

Talk to your children about what the Lord says. Tell them that because people did not like to keep God (meaning the Word of God and what they know is right from wrong) in their minds, He gave them over to an evil, worthless, rebellious mind to commit abominations against themselves and others. Therefore, when people do not keep God in their minds, they commit unholy acts in their confusion and earthly wisdom. Through the temptation and seeds of the enemy, people are led astray. Even more so as children! And the devil knows that it is harder for a child to break from their implanted sin.  We must teach them this because if they know this, then they will be more likely to retain God in their mind as a born-again adult and not be given up and over for forgetting the things that God has taught them.

Now we have great and terrible examples brewing in our schools and through media including family channels on television. Commercials have also begun to display these effeminate, inordinate affections, or lasciviousness by the homosexual as if these are the natural order of things. We must guard our children from these evil seeds, which starts with our willingness to reject the open doors in media by being ready to flip the channel or cutting it off, be diligent to know your child’s passwords and set parental restrictions on their devices, embrace righteousness within and without, and pray without ceasing. The reason I say “willingness” is because sometimes parents succumb to an entitlement mentality where they believe that their teen needs privacy or they believe that they can be trusted or they do not want to take a device away that is clearly taking over their life.

Foolishness is bound in the heart of a child; but the rod of correction shall drive it far from him. ~Proverbs 22:15 KJV

Parents must take heed.  Otherwise, one might find their child accepting these lifestyles without fear because the media is showing and discussing these actions more and more because this world is not our home and the devil is the god of this world.  This is why we should not be of it.
