10 Subjects That Should Be On Your Prayer List
Estimated Reading Time: 16 minutesPray fervently and without ceasing. These are commands to Christians. I love these commands because it reinforces the power we have in Christ Jesus and it also reinforces that God expects diligence from His people. Prayer is hope that manifests, if you are a true Christ believer. He answers the prayers of His children. Remember ladies, Paul suggests that a woman ought to cover her head when she prays and remember to pray when you are not distracted so that you can worship in spirit and in truth. Also, it is best to pray in secret.
Heavenly Father, we boldly and fearfully come before You. Your Name is precious and holy. Your kingdom come, Your will be done in earth as it is in heaven. Please hear our requests.Pray without ceasing. ~1 Thessalonians 5:17 KJV
God is a Spirit: and they that worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in truth. ~John 4:24 KJV
The Lord is far from the wicked: but He heareth the prayer of the righteous. ~Proverbs 15:29 KJV
For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and His ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against them that do evil. ~1 Peter 3:12 KJV

Worthy to Escape
Heavenly Father, we ask that You would count us worthy to escape the things that are to come. We understand that those who are blameless, deny self, and suffer for the sake of Christ are the ones You count as worthy. We also pray for the peace of Jerusalem and ask for their protection, safety, and way of escape from their enemies.
Able to Stand
We pray that You would continue to work with us and grant us the desire to be holy and diligent through Your Word. We ask that You would teach us and bring Your Word to our remembrance, O Lord, so that we would be able to stand before You having done all to stand.
You do not enter into temptation
Just like Jesus commanded His disciples, we pray, O Lord that You would keep us from temptation and that if we are tempted, that we would recognize it and flee into the arms of righteousness.
[40] And when He was at the place, He said unto them, “Pray that ye enter not into temptation.” ~Luke 22:40 KJV
[41] Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak. ~Matthew 26:41 KJV
Moses gave God’s song to the Israelites to remind them that after he died, they would soon forget God because they were in a good place. We pray, O Lord, that after we have sought the kingdom and Your righteousness and then begin receiving all the blessings that You lavish upon us, we pray that we will not be tempted to return to a sinful nature, like the Israelites were, nor forget You, nor forget to labor to remain in Your holiness, nor forget to fear You because we find ourselves in a good place. We pray to abound in good works and in your grace as our soul abounds. We humbly request all of these things in Jesus’ name. Thank You for Your long-suffering, mercy, and great patience upon us. Thank You for everything You do for us. You are worthy and awesome forevermore. May our lives bless You and be a shining testimony forevermore. Amen ♥
